Made in the Catskills Mountains in upstate New York on a farm owned and operated by one family since the 1930s. Around 7000 maple trees on the farm are tapped each year. The sap is then boiled over a traditional wood-fired evaporator and voila! SYRUP! 2 oz glass bottle - a great stocking stuffer!
