Orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class or Priority mail (depending on package weight). Tracking information will be sent via email to the address you enter at checkout. If you need expedited shipping, or prefer another carrier, please contact us to make special arrangements.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery time via USPS. Once a package is out of our hands and you have received tracking information, we cannot be held responsible for what happens to it in transit. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the USPS. Thank you for understanding!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We take care to package our products to ensure safe delivery. However, in the event that merchandise becomes damaged during shipping, or if we have shipped an incorrect or defective item and you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us via the form below within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that personal care items such as soaps, salves, scrubs, oils, cosmetics, lip balms or hand sanitizers cannot be returned once the safety seal has been broken or the product has been used.
Once your return has been approved, we will email you a return confirmation and shipping label - please print and include a copy of the confirmation with your return shipment. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange or refund accordingly, and, if necessary, will issue a refund to your original method of payment (excluding original shipping costs, which are non-refundable). If the error is ours, we will ship at our expense.
