Terms & Returns


Retail orders ship within 2 business days via USPS First Class mail, and tracking information will be sent via email. If you need expedited shipping, or prefer another carrier, please contact us to make special arrangements.



We want your order to arrive safe and sound, and we take care to package our products to ensure safe delivery. However, in the event that merchandise becomes damaged during shipping, or if we have shipped an incorrect or defective item and you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us via the form below within 7 days of receiving your order.


Please note that personal care items such as soaps, salves, scrubs, oils, cosmetics, lip balms or hand sanitizers cannot be returned once the safety seal has been broken or the product has been used, except in the event that we have shipped you the wrong product or the item arrives defective.


Once your return has been approved, we will email you a return confirmation and shipping label - please print and include a copy of the confirmation with your return shipment. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange or refund accordingly, and, if necessary, will issue a refund to your original method of payment (excluding original shipping costs, which are non-refundable).
