ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Built in 1906, this apartment was originally one of five storefronts, part of the Abraham Block.

  • The apartment features super tall ceilings, in the original pressed tin. Huge floor to ceiling windows at the front entrance let in tons of natural, west-facing light.

  • Open concept space - the kitchen and bath are separate at the back of the apartment, but the main living/sleeping/work area is just one big space

  • Queen bed with brand new hybrid (foam + springs) mattress

  • Ideal for 1-2 people

  • Dresser and large closet

  • Dedicated workspace with ample natural light, perfect for drawing, writing, painting, etc.

  • Wi Fi
  • Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, fridge, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, french press.

  • Bathroom is basic, but gets the job done with a toilet, small sink, stand-up shower stall, and it features one large window that lets in a ton of lovely natural light.

  • Colorful, eclectic decor, with books, games, record player

  • Semi-private back deck, great spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails

  • While this is a pretty sleepy town, the apartment is located right downtown, around the corner from a busy restaurant in a densely populated neighborhood. Expect street traffic.

  • Walkable to everything downtown, including the Coop, restaurants, shops, the Big Ditch Park, and trailheads to Boston Hill
